Parent Involvement

We place priority on building relationships with our families. When parents, students and staff work together, greater learning outcomes can be achieved by all.

Classroom support from parents is highly valued and meetings with new parents are held to build parent networks.  Parents are asked to register as a school volunteer, and relevant training and support is provided.

Our Community Development Officer supports and encourages parent involvement at various levels and our Community Centre offers parents a range of activities, as well as friendship, support and fun!

Our Adult Learning Program provides opportunities for adults to pursue interests and new pathways, and learn new skills that have enabled them to seek employment or further study.
